Together, they create a more complete executive community.

KUALA LUMPUR, 12 August 2026 — In a world where
business leaders can connect instantly through digital platforms, Asia CEO
Community Malaysia believes that the most valuable relationships still require
something technology cannot create overnight: TRUST

While business networking remains an important part of
executive life, the Malaysia Chapter President, Dato’ Vimmy Yap believes that
meaningful relationships are also built through shared experiences, friendship,
personal development and giving back. This philosophy has led to the launch of
three distinctive initiatives in 2026 — Nova Circle, Explore Circle and Care
Circle.

NOVA CIRCLE focuses on young and emerging leaders,
creating opportunities for the next generation to connect, develop and build
relationships across industries. Its inaugural activity was a pickleball
session, bringing members and families together in a relaxed environment. The
youngest participant was just 1.5 years old, an unexpected but fitting
reminder that a genuine community can extend beyond the boardroom and bring
people together across generations.

Kewic Ng, the
Committee of Nova Circle Malaysia said:

“Nova Circle brings together young and energetic corporate members,
entrepreneurs and leaders through sports, creating opportunities to connect
beyond business. We believe some of the strongest relationships are built
through genuine conversations and shared experiences, outside the traditional
boardroom. Our goal is to build a community where meaningful connections can
grow naturally, both on and off the court.”

EXPLORE CIRCLE was launched with a uniquely Malaysian
experience — a durian session that encouraged members to connect
socially and enjoy one another’s company without the formality of a traditional
business event. This initiative showcased the uniquely Malaysian spirit of
networking – personal, warm and relationship driven.

Peter Ho, Vice Chairman of Asia CEO Community said:

“The Malaysia team has created a strong foundation by bringing leaders together
through meaningful experiences, relationships and activities beyond the usual
business networking environment. Explore Circle is an important part of this
journey because it gives members the opportunity to connect, build genuine
friendships and enjoy shared experiences. I believe these relationships will
continue to strengthen the community and create even more opportunities for
collaboration in the future.”

CARE CIRCLE reflects another dimension of the Asia
CEO Community philosophy: leadership should extend beyond commercial success. The
Circle provides opportunities for members to participate in initiatives that
support people in need, animals and environmental preservation, allowing
executives to contribute their time, resources, networks and capabilities to
causes that matter.

The Circle reinforces the belief that successful leadership is not measured only by financial performance, but also by the positive impact leaders create around them.

Woon Kean Sim, the
Committee of Care Circle Malaysia said:

“Care Circle gives our members an opportunity to
contribute beyond their businesses. When leaders come together to support
people, animals and the environment, the impact can be much greater than what
any individual can achieve alone. It is about using our connections and
resources to create something meaningful for the wider community.”

A Different Kind of Executive Community

A pickleball session can build familiarity. A shared durian
experience can create friendship. Planting a tree together can create a sense
of shared purpose. These experiences may appear unrelated to business, but they
can create the human connection that makes future business relationships
stronger.

The philosophy is simple: the relationship comes first;
the opportunity can follow.

This press release has also been published on VRITIMES

Nova, Explore and Care serve different purposes, but they share the same foundation: Nova develops….

Beyond Business: Asia CEO Community Malaysia Builds a Community Around Trust, Relationships and Purpose

6

post-279","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-malaysia
["GET
